Mihael was a great host! Very friendly and clear communication. He also gave us some nice advices what to do. His place is beautiful and peaceful. The nice outside area is a dream for a sunrise and a morning coffee at 6 am. We will definitely come back.

We had a lovely few days at the beach cottage. It's really nice easy trip from Bangkok. The house was perfect and there were some nice touches like ground coffee and bbq set up . We were really able to kick back and relax as a family. It's in a nice area next to a park which has a small food market. I'd advise guests to go to Big C rather than Villa market to get food as Villa market is a little overpriced. Highly recommend this place.

I had a lovely stay! The traditional Thai style was something special to experience. It was a smooth check in process, hosts were communicative and helpful, and it was only a 10 min or less grab ride to the main areas. It was also nice to be next to a 7/11 and other restaurants. I went to a really good Vietnamese restaurant not too far. The best part was how quiet it was as I was coming from Bangkok, so hearing the birds as I woke up was soothing. Only thing that threw me off was the toilet being right next to the shower with no barrier, but that’s a personal preference. Other than that, it was great!

“We had a lovely stay! The accommodation is right by the beach, making it very easy to walk down and enjoy the sea. There’s also a nice swimming pool to relax in. The shared kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need. Check-in was smooth and easy. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. It’s great value for money. There can be a little noise from the nearby park at times, but it adds a nice, lively atmosphere to the area. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay!”

I had an amazing stay here with my family. Honestly a 10/10. The location couldn’t have been better, literally right in front of the beach, which made everything so convenient and relaxing. Waking up and being steps away from the ocean was just what I wanted. Everything about the place was great. It truly made the trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beachside getaway in Hua Hin.

Mihael and his team were very proactive. They were informative with dining and excursion suggestions when requested. They take pride in what they do from groundskeepers to maids to hosts. The place is great for a morning person. The park next door is quiet and family friendly with food vendors and live music in the evening. Great place for a couples retreat

Communication was absolutely brilliant. Lovely experience, just as described and matched pictures. Hosts were so helpful and welcoming to us and our dogs. We felt right at home. 7/11 2 minutes walk and around 10 minutes drive to city centre. Price is extremely reasonable for the once in a lifetime type stay. Was a great experience and would recommend. We hugely enjoyed our 15 night stay in this wonderfully located villa right by the beach in a quieter part of HuaHin. The villa is stylish, thoughtfully designed and well equipped with a number of thoughtful little touches that make it feel like a real home-and the views are fantastic. There is a large and well-designed garden right by the beach with areas for sitting, sunbathing and eating. The furnishings inside are of high quality, including a comfortable bed and a superb bathroom and shower. Mihael and his colleagues were very helpful, courteous and responsive. There are some nice cafes nearby and at weekends there is a locals food market in the park close by, with gentle music and which does not go on late. On many evenings, we really enjoyed buying food there and bringing it back to eat in the villa’s garden by the sea. We highly recommend and will return

I’m afraid my words cannot truly capture how incredible these past few days have been. I don’t even know where to start. The view is breathtaking. The private pool faces the beach, it’s real pool, 1.70m deep, you can really swimming and during high tide the beach almost becomes completely private since people from nearby areas cannot pass through. It feels like having your own secluded paradise. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful. At night we had barbecue while facing the endless ocean, with the moonlight shining over the water — an unforgettable scene. The house is also extremely well equipped. The kitchen has everything you might need, the bathroom is spacious and luxurious, and the indoor facilities include air conditioning, a washing machine and dryer, and a large refrigerator — just like a fully equipped home. Honestly, the comfort and experience here are even better than many of the nearby five-star hotels.

Das Haus ist ruhig und direkt am Strand gelegen! Es bietet verschiedene schöne Zimmer mit großen und komfortablen Betten. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es zwei größere Apartments mit eigenen Küchen. Für alle anderen Gäste gibt es eine gemeinschaftliche Küche, was sehr praktisch ist. Dort wird auch Trinkwasser und täglich frische Eier bereitgestellt. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses gibt es einen Park, mit einem Spielplatz für Kinder und Sportgeräten; am Freitag und Samstag findet dort ein schöner Nachtmarkt statt. 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt gibt es eine professionelle Thaimassage. Ich kann dieses Airbnb für einen Besuch von Hua Hin sehr empfehlen.
