It’s about 3 mins driving to the beach, and about less than 10 mins driving to the night market and the mall. For food, there are some very nice local Thai restaurants just nearby.
In the house, the host also provides many table games, which we enjoyed a lot.

We were able to check into our original, beautiful accommodation the following day. The main drawback was the missing sofa, despite it being shown in the listing photos. When we arrived, I had some trouble with the AC, but hosts were very responsive and immediately helped us. They can also store your luggage if you arrive earlier than allowed check in time, which is very helpful. But we ended up arriving late.
The swimming pool in a house is awesome, very refreshing in the morning.
There’s a very cozy Tree House Cafe right next to the house, with food and drinks.
If you travel with dogs, be careful as there are many strays around, but it’s not related to this particular location. They are everywhere. But we didn’t have any issues, they just bark and don’t come close.

Mihael’s villa was impeccably clean, by professional standards.The pool was the best part. It is strategically placed next to the living room so that we could open the bay doors and be connected to our loved ones. There are so many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Sundance beach club was our favorite for dinner. The food was exquisite. The outdoor seating was awesome, right on the beach . The description also said that it is a full kitchen. There are 2 gas burners and a microwave. No hot water in the kitchen. No oven. The house is quite dark and the en-suite bathroom of the queen-size room which is black makes the bathroom very dark. The neighbourhood was very quiet and the air cons worked very well.”
