Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr schön – ein tolles Haus direkt am Meer, großartiger Blick vom Balkon, sauber. Allerdings auch recht weit außerhalb des Zentrums. Mihael ist sehr aufmerksam und kommuniziert alle wichtigen Informationen. Es ist aber auch ein Haus mit dünnen Wänden und viel gemeinschaftlichem Raum. Die Hausregeln sind diesbezüglich auch großzügig, man solle zb nach 22 Uhr „weniger Lärm“ machen. Es kann daher laut werden, wenn die Zimmer belegt sind.

非常不错的海滨别墅，距离沙滩零距离，看日出非常方便。房间提供很全的厨具，可以做饭或者烧烤，很适合一家人来度假。性价比非常高，不输大牌度假酒店。

We had a great time and everything met our expectations and more than what we saw before arriving. We will definitely try to be back. Hua Hin is one of our most preferred places in Thailand and your stay was matching our preference too. Kudos to you and team for maintaining it so well and guiding us so well.

If we had a little early check in and late check out, considering the bus train timings, I guess we could have explored more and enjoyed the stay and the amazing view more. I am sure many guests would want that. So the only suggestion is for this.

I have basically lived in Air BnBs for 5 years and this is my favorite place I have ever stayed. It has everything you need and if it doesn’t you are next to a store or just grab it to anywhere you want. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I’m am 100% happy with my stay here! Woke up to such and amazing view every morning and had quite a lot of space in the room. The host were really helpful with any inquiries we had with fast responses. Will defo come back !

Stayed here with a group of friends and it’s the perfect place for it! Plenty of space, great shared spaces, clean and very nice staff. Would highly recommend!

Very nice host(s)…very smart with creative early and late check-in/out. Solid property and amenities. very friendly and helpful. price was fair. my girls love the nice little activities offered, e.g., painting small canvas squares, etc. This house was a nice anchor for our activities…jet-ski rental and horseback riding were close by and we had an amazing time with very memorable videos. Could use a few upgrades due to wear. overall a good fit for us.

We enjoyed our stay and had relaxing experience. Quite place that feels like calm summer home. It has everything you will need during your stay including cooking supplies if you feel like it. Area has a lot of restaurants that serve really good European and Thai food. 7-11 just around the corner. Swimming pool was big enough for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. Everything was super clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The view from the place was absolutely amazing, the location was super convenient, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay!
​If I had to mention one small thing, the soundproofing isn’t quite the best but it wasn’t a problem for me at all.

Wow, what a place. Everyday I woke up for sunrise.
Great room, place, location. Beds are really comfortable. Pool, seating outside, with many places to choose to sit.
Can’t fault this one in anyway.
Host is more than happy to help, but really I didn’t need to contact or help with anything. All super easy.

Nice and cozy.

Lovely place

My girlfriend and I had an excellent stay. Some of our fondest memories were watching the sunrise from the private infinity pool then watching fishermen cast their nets in the shallow water just off shore. The house itself has lot of nice amenities, including a huge spa-like shower. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and just a short trip away from downtown Hua Hin. I told Mihael I’d give him 10 stars if I could.

We had a great stay at Mihael’s place. Check-in went smooth without any obstacles and the accommodation was great. And the view from room is amazing!

Very clean room, just a few steps from the water. If you want all the benefits of all the fundamentals, that is nice clean room, good service and a peaceful sea view where you can enjoy sunrises, sunsets and be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves, without all the additional costs of a big hotel, then Bayside 19 is the perfect place for you…

I loved every minute of it. The view is incredible and the beach is private and clean. Lots of Street food options nearby and a park right adjacent to the property.

This place has a real money value, super clean and convenient. Next to the park is entertaining to hear the music and to feel it’s vibing next to us. The pool was always clean. The house is wonderfully furnished and they have eyes for details. The entrance to get to the villa is a bit not nice but once you are there it is wonderful. We really enjoyed our time there as we stayed for 2 nights and wished if we can stay more ❤️

We loved staying here. It was a more authentic experience to the Thai culture and overall a very nice place to stay. There was a few small issues to begin with,but,to the credit of the host, these minor issues were dealt with promptly and we were very satisfied with everything. The property was well equipped and the experience was a positive one.

Heerlijk privé zwembad, fijne veranda en naast Queen’s park, wat leuk Thais en levendig is. Het strand is heel erg rustig en voelt als een privéstrand. Bij eb is het strand mooi en heel ruim en bij vloed komt het bijna tot het muurtje. Mooi zand dat prima is om zandkastelen te bouwen. De zee en het strand zijn erg schoon (veel minder afval dan bijv. de Noordzee). De villa is niet nieuw meer, maar erg sfeervol. De tuin is heel erg ruim. De 2 airco units zijn erg goed en maken weinig geluid. Ruime luxe badkamer. Personeel is goed te bereiken en snel ter plaatse als er hulp nodig is. Elke dag worden de tuin en het zwembad schoongemaakt. We hebben ook 2x gebruik gemaakt van de bbq, die het beter doet dan thuis. Prima wifi, ook in de hele tuin als je naast hun 5 GHZ ook de 2,4 GHz Wifi (andere SSID, maar zelfde wachtwoord) instelt op je telefoon. Zee is tot ver ondiep en niet helder. Deze Coconut Villa zit naast het Queens Park dat vooral in het weekend levendig kan zijn. Het zit een eindje van het centrum van Hua Hin af, maar met de Grab Cap ben je er in 10 minuten. Maar dit zijn wel dingen waar we vooraf al rekening gehouden hadden en we hebben er een fantastische tijd gehad!

This place has the beach right in front and a park with amenities just next to it. Ideal for a quiet staying but not secluded, with services nearby, easily reachable in a few minutes with the car. The hut is well furnished with a nice kitchen, living room and 2 beds. The bathroom stands out for elegance and cleanliness with a large and comfortable shower. Lovely patio and outside area, with thai style sala and swimming pool

We absolutely adore this wonderful beach house. You are literally steps from a very magical beach. The tide draws so far back in the mornings you can walk out quite far into the gulf. It’s is awesome! The home is very well appointed and comfortable. There is a lovely on premises caregiver who is attentive and responsive to anything needed. The pool is clean and refreshing. Everything is provided for a relaxing stay. Very easy to get here from lovely and historic Hua Hin rail station. If you want to escape the hustle of BKK, I highly recommend.

The view is stunning. It’s directly at the beach. You just have to step down. The accommodation has everything what you need. Bathroom and size of the bathroom is amazing. Communication is really quick. Friendly housekeeper in the small hotel next to it.

We stayed in the first-floor room, which had a separate living room and bedroom. The entire place was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and very clean. Very comfortable linen, bed & pillows. We also really appreciated the complimentary amenities, such as instant noodles and Milo, also ice maker & seasonings were even provided.

The swimming pool was clean and lovely, and having a barbecue grill on the terrace right in front of our room was such a nice touch, we enjoyed having a barbecue dinner there. We also loved the shared pool and cabana area. My daughter even made friends with some of the other guests, which made the stay even more special.

The beach was wonderful, with soft sand that was perfect for playing, and the ocean view from our room was absolutely stunning. We truly enjoyed our three-night stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Hopefully, this place will still be available the next time we visit because we would definitely love to stay here again.

Excellent experience

What a wonderful place. Great view to the sea and the yard is also beautiful with all the coconut trees. The building is simple yet very unique. I had a great time and would love to visit again.

– Location is superb! The property is right on the beach, only one step to the sea.
– The host is very responsive. The maid is friendly.
– Kitchen is cute with sea view. My children are very excited with complimentary Mama noodle and eggs!
– View from bedroom window is amazing. You can just relax watching the sea all day without doing anything.

However, we unfortunately faced a bit problems during stay. The electricity dropped and AC stopped working for a while but the owner kindly sent handyman to fix it real fast. Thank you!

Secondly, when we tried to get in the room every time, the equipment seems not stable and ready for us to put code in. It took us 4-5 times entering the code just to get in the room every time.

Lastly, the mosquitos in the room were too many. I understand that it’s normal to have lots of mosquito here in Thailand. It would be nice if you can provide a mosquito electric shot bat in the room.

Other else, this property is perfect!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad met ons gezin (jonge kids van 7&5). Het was echt relaxt, privé, niet veel afleiding. Direct naast een speeltuin waar in het weekend elke avond foodmarkt is. Locals verzamelen hier. Geen restaurants op loopafstand maar wij pakten een grab heel goed te doen.
Naast een ontbijt tentje, verwacht geen uitgebreid ontbijt, maar de eigenaresse is fantastisch en zeker de moeite om bij haar langs te gaan.

Contact met de host zeer snel&prettig!

Direkt am Meer gelegen, wir hatten zu dritt ein Zimmer in ersten Stock, das war vielleicht etwas knapp bemessen. Wir konnten dafür die großzügige Küche im Erdgeschoss nutzen. Perfekter Meerblick, direkter Strand Zugang. Wir haben Billard gespielt.Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und funktionell. Gute Klimaanlage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal hier und fanden es sehr erholsam. Super bequeme Betten und eine fabelhafte Aussicht. Das Personal ist sehr lieb, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

First, I like to say Michael’s place is nice very nice clean it matches the photos and the descriptions and very well kept. The pool was a lot smaller than expected and I thought it would be closer to the beach and the stores the beach thats in walking distance is really vacant no place to rent chairs and umbrellas and no restaurants. It’s just the beach. I was just expecting more from the reviews. It’s about a 10-15 grab ride to the heart of Hua Hin. I was disappointed when we first arrived because I thought it was much closer to the beach and stores but after reading Michael’s description of the place it was accurate but some of the reviews weren’t so I we decided to stay and had a great time. I would stay there again for a quiet peaceful getaway and have and would recommend it to friends who want an holiday that’s off the beaten path.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand und neben einem Park mit Spielplatz. Abends sind hier viele Thais und machen Sport ( joggen ). Wir hatten die Unterkunft im 1 OG Diese war sauber und roch neutral. Der Ausblick auf das Wasser ist sehr schön und der Vermieter gab sich viel Mühe mit der Kommunikation

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious, and everything was well maintained. The pool was so much fun, and the beachfront location was absolutely amazing—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. The overall atmosphere made it a great place for a vacation.

The only small downside was that the upstairs room could be a bit noisy at night because of footsteps or people moving around. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would definitely come back.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sea-View King Room in Hua Hin. The location was absolutely perfect, just steps from the beach, and having the balcony to enjoy the view was a highlight of my trip. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We loved our stay at the beach house. The listing and photos were very accurate, and Mihael and team were very proactive and responsive giving clear instructions for an easy and smooth check-in and stay. The house was easy to find and in a great location, next to a lively park, but separated with good privacy. The outdoor space is incredible with the pool overlooking the beach and several sitting areas to eat and relax outside. The indoor space was very clean, well laid out, with all the necessary amenities. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great place, cozy private villa. Right on the seaside. Have been swimming in the sea all day. Also swimming pool is sufficiently deep, not like the typical ones in the hotels. Great for swimming.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time at the villa. The property is beautiful, with a lovely layout and tasteful decoration that created a great atmosphere. The rooms were clean, the staff were very responsive and hospitable, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touch of having charcoal provided for our BBQ.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and if our budget allows in the future, we would definitely love to return. Thank you for your warm hospitality and for helping make our birthday celebration so memorable.

Mihael and Phan were very helpful and responsive while cheking in and during our stay. The house was very well maintained and located at peaceful location. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this house in Hua Hin.

We fell in love with this place!!! This location is awesome. It is about a five minute cab ride to downtown and away from all the traffic and people. There were times there was only a few people besides the local fishermen on the entire beach. I loved taking morning and evening walks on the beach after meals and I would jump in either of the two pools to cool off.

The housekeeper was amazing and helped with so many things to include: providing daily eggs each day, toilet paper , compliments, and asking if we needed anything else. She was so sweet!

Overall, I highly recommend this place as it truly feels like you own the private beach!

For the price it was a great stay. Only real cons were the mosquitos, the entry doors were a pain to deal with, and sadly the address was not in Grab’s system. You can just call a Grab to come near the neighbors house as they are listed on Grab. Again at the price it was great.

Exactly as described, and everything you needed. Pool was just perfect and big. Literally on the beach with sea views. Mihael was extremely helpful and responsive.

I just love everything about the place, the sea view , the sun rise view, the room that we stay in, everything was good and clean, t beds the in house kitchen and the complete pantry that they provide is extraordinary.
The cleaner is alaways around the house n u can just request anything from her, she is always at your service.

Situated right on the beach and next to a beautiful little park, this place is a hidden treasure. The property and the pool was maintained perfectly. I’m a bit reluctant to leave too much information about this beautiful place as it means that more people may book it and the next time I want to come back it may not be available. But honestly this place is very relaxing. You are literally on the beach, the Outlook from the swimming pool into the sea is gorgeous. You can watch a beautiful sunrise every day and also a lightning storm at night. The beds are so comfortable the rooms are spacious and they have everything you need for a happy stay. They provide good filter coffee and creamer and also eggs and noodles free of charge.

We loved this place — it was nice and private, but was near a park and in driving distance from various supermarkets and restaurants. We spent hours in the pool overlooking the sea, which was our favorite part of the house. Mihael and Phan were very responsive.
Only one thing to note — a small stretch of the path leading into this place is quite narrow and next to a canal. We were fine with a sedan (had to be extra careful around the corner), but those with larger cars may want to park elsewhere.

I really enjoyed the views and we as a group can enjoy the beach. All the services are excellent. For 5 people everyone enjoyed our stay.

À noter que la maison d’hôte est plutôt excentrée par rapport aux endroits que fréquentent habituellement les touristes (centres commerciaux, restaurants etc.). Ça dépend de ce que vous voulez faire à Hua Hin. En ce qui me concerne, je voulais me reposer, profiter de la mer, être loin de toute agitation après plus de 2 semaines à parcourir le sud-est de l’Asie. Pour se déplacer c’est très simple, pas de difficultés pour trouver des grab mais c’est un paramètre à prendre en compte.
Des nouilles et des œufs disponibles durant toute la journée, la cuisine est bien équipée.

This is an amazing little piece of heaven! Stay here is a great experience you’re in your own little world! Wake up to the nature sounds of nature in the morning, it has the feel of living in a tree house. Everything you need is just steps from your door and it’s easy to get around if you’re out on your scooter! The hosts were amazing and answered any questions I had and shared things to go and do! Highly recommended to anyone who wants an outdoor living feeling!

What an absolute stunning stay. I have travelled extensively round the World and this has to be one of my favourites. They have thought of everything that you would want or need to make you feel comfortable and safe. The ocean is at your toes. Such a nice beachfront stay! The villa was clean, comfortable and great for our group. Loved waking up to the sound of the waves in the morning and literally the best place to wake up to watch the sunrise! The staff were also very kind and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place!!

We had a great stay at this traditional Thai villa in Hua Hin. The overall experience was amazing and very relaxing. The villa was beautiful and gave us a nice authentic Thai atmosphere. The pool was really nice, perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the AC worked perfectly which made the stay even better in the Thailand heat. Overall, everything was super good and we truly loved our stay here. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hua Hin!

This place is just what I needed. It immediately felt like a super welcoming space. I only stayed a couple of days but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this lovely place again. I normally don’t go for places that have things like shared balconies but everything was so well thought out and beautiful. I enjoyed the grounding sunrise every morning.

The place looks exactly like the pictures. The location is perfect — it’s hard to find a beachfront stay in Hua Hin where the beach is literally just steps from your bedroom at this price. The bed felt like a 5-star hotel bed, incredibly comfortable.

The host team was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to cook both inside and outside the room. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches from the host, such as providing ice, eggs, and noodles every day.

We really enjoyed relaxing and watching Netflix on the smart TV. My friends and I had an amazing stay and would definitely love to come back.

Unterkunft direkt am Meer, toller Außenbereich. Es handelt sich um ein traditionelles Thai Haus, leider war es aufgrund dessen und der Nähe zum Park sehr laut. Für Nachtschwärmer und Paare gut geeignet. Als Familie mit kleineren Kindern würde ich es aufgrund der lauten Umgebung nicht empfehlen. Der Pool, die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung war aber toll.

We had a wonderful stay with our children and grandchildren. Nam as a well English speaking host and especially Maha (with her translating phone) who was all day around took great care of us and answered all our questions.
Nam arranged a wonderfull cook and her helpers so every night we had a great diner at the house. They cooked, served and cleaned up!

Mihael was a great host! Very friendly and clear communication. He also gave us some nice advices what to do. His place is beautiful and peaceful. The nice outside area is a dream for a sunrise and a morning coffee at 6 am. We will definitely come back.

I had an amazing four nights stay and absolutely loved every minute of it. Keen to stay again next year when I visit again.

We had a lovely few days at the beach cottage. It’s really nice easy trip from Bangkok. The house was perfect and there were some nice touches like ground coffee and bbq set up . We were really able to kick back and relax as a family. It’s in a nice area next to a park which has a small food market. I’d advise guests to go to Big C rather than Villa market to get food as Villa market is a little overpriced. Highly recommend this place.

I had a lovely stay! The traditional Thai style was something special to experience. It was a smooth check in process, hosts were communicative and helpful, and it was only a 10 min or less grab ride to the main areas. It was also nice to be next to a 7/11 and other restaurants. I went to a really good Vietnamese restaurant not too far. The best part was how quiet it was as I was coming from Bangkok, so hearing the birds as I woke up was soothing. Only thing that threw me off was the toilet being right next to the shower with no barrier, but that’s a personal preference. Other than that, it was great!

Communication was absolutely brilliant. Lovely experience, just as described and matched pictures. Hosts were so helpful and welcoming to us and our dogs. We felt right at home. 7/11 2 minutes walk and around 10 minutes drive to city centre. Price is extremely reasonable for the once in a lifetime type stay.

We hugely enjoyed our 15 night stay in this wonderfully located villa right by the beach in a quieter part of HuaHin. The villa is stylish, thoughtfully designed and well equipped with a number of thoughtful little touches that make it feel like a real home-and the views are fantastic. There is a large and well-designed garden right by the beach with areas for sitting, sunbathing and eating. The furnishings inside are of high quality, including a comfortable bed and a superb bathroom and shower. Mihael and his colleagues were very helpful, courteous and responsive. There are some nice cafes nearby and at weekends there is a locals food market in the park close by, with gentle music and which does not go on late. On many evenings, we really enjoyed buying food there and bringing it back to eat in the villa’s garden by the sea. We highly recommend and will return

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft in Tambon Hua Hin war fantastisch. Die kleine Villa mit Pool im Phasuk Village, mit dem großzügigen Schlafzimmer und den zwei großen Betten, war genau das, was wir für diesen Zeitraum gesucht hatten – eine kleine Oase mit Pool. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeber:innen Mihael und Phan war zuverlässig und schnell. Auch der Service rund um den Pool hat bestens funktioniert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Der einzige Kritikpunkt war gelegentlich der Lärm von der Straße sowie von Tourist:innen aus dem Nachbarhaus in der Nacht.

I’m afraid my words cannot truly capture how incredible these past few days have been. I don’t even know where to start.

The view is breathtaking. The private pool faces the beach, it’s real pool, 1.70m deep, you can really swimming and during high tide the beach almost becomes completely private since people from nearby areas cannot pass through. It feels like having your own secluded paradise.

The surroundings are quiet and peaceful. At night we had barbecue while facing the endless ocean, with the moonlight shining over the water — an unforgettable scene.

The house is also extremely well equipped. The kitchen has everything you might need, the bathroom is spacious and luxurious, and the indoor facilities include air conditioning, a washing machine and dryer, and a large refrigerator — just like a fully equipped home.

Honestly, the comfort and experience here are even better than many of the nearby five-star hotels.

Im Erdgeschoss gibt es zwei größere Apartments mit eigenen Küchen.

Für alle anderen Gäste gibt es eine gemeinschaftliche Küche, was sehr praktisch ist. Dort wird auch Trinkwasser und täglich frische Eier bereitgestellt.

In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses gibt es einen Park, mit einem Spielplatz für Kinder und Sportgeräten; am Freitag und Samstag findet dort ein schöner Nachtmarkt statt.

5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt gibt es eine professionelle Thaimassage.

Ich kann dieses Airbnb für einen Besuch von Hua Hin sehr empfehlen.

The place was clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos. It had everything we needed. A comfy bed, strong AC (a must in Thailand!), fast WiFi, and a shared kitchen for easy breakfasts with lots of eggs & ramen available at all times. The beach was literally just steps away, felt like private beach of the property.

Mihael made me feel at home and made sure me and my guests had the best experience we could while staying in his villa. I stayed here with my girlfriend and her sister and her sisters boyfriend, it was perfect for the four of us. Definitely would recommend for couples!

Es war wunderbar, die Lage ein Traum, die Ausstattung 1A. Michael ein herausragender Gastgeber. Wenn es einen einzigen Makel gibt dann nur diesen dass es sehr ringhörig ist. Wir hatten Gäste über uns und man hörte jeden Schritt. Ansonsten ist es einfach ein Traum direkt am Meer.

I asked whether I could enter the room early and he readily accommodated me. His staff were very friendly and guided me on how to use the washer and dryer. I was convenient for me to do my own laundry. The pools were well taken care of. The ocean breeze was enjoyable to experience on the balcony. The room was small but nicely decorated. The bed was large and comfortable. It also had a desk and WiFi so that I could get work done. There is a night market on some days to get meals. Otherwise, I went by Grab to get meals. I would highly recommend the BluPort food court. There are plenty of other options.

I had a great stay at Mihael’s place in Hua Hin. The home is stylish, clean, and very well designed, with a beautiful private pool that adds a special touch to the stay. The layout is comfortable and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and enjoying some quiet time. The location is convenient, close to the beach, yet calm and private. Had a lovely stay with a family of four. Very easy check-in, and everything was very clean!

We felt very well taken care of by Mihael.
The staff on site were very friendly and attentive, the location is excellent, and it’s quiet.

However, you can hear footsteps and noise from above quite clearly. Despite the pool downstairs, I’d recommend choosing one of the upper apartments.

In the left pool (facing the sea), the entire edge of the step when entering the water is sharp, and a friend cut herself on it. We messaged Mihael, and he immediately promised to fix it and made sure nothing more serious had happened.

We would definitely come back if we get the chance.

Very nice place near the sea with stunning view from both room and bathroom but practically no beach available because most of the time the sea is too high. A bit isolated which is good but you need a car or a mororbike because center of Hua Hin is too far to walk. Very comfortable beds.

Probably the most fun I have ever had on vacation. What a beautiful place on the beach with your own private pool. We cooked and grilled almost everyday with friends at the Villa. Can’t wait to go back.

It’s a lovely house to stay away from home. It’s easy to find, and in the middle of quiet neighbourhood. The parking space is also big enough for parking a SUV.

It’s about 3 mins driving to the beach, and about less than 10 mins driving to the night market and the mall. For food, there are some very nice local Thai restaurants just nearby.

In the house, the host also provides many table games, which we enjoyed a lot.

Overall it’s a nice place to stay, especially for a group of close friends or a family.

The house is really cozy and as you see in the pictures. It’s clearly a beachfront and has a really nice pool.
If there is one small suggestion is to add a couple of do not park signs in front. Not everyone was given the bless of a functional brain and, despite seeing a parked car with no other way to get out, we found scooters parked in the road. The access road can only fit a car, so even a motorbike parked need to be removed in order to get out

We stayed here with a multi-generational group (young children & older grandparents included). The space and layout was perfect for us all. The atmosphere was very peaceful and laid back & the pool makes it a good spot for young families. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Stayed five nights at this property over Christmas. The only problem was that I had to leave. Cannot recommend this place highly enough for someone that wants some peace and quiet, local flair and easy to reach everywhere within 10 minutes drive. A privilege to stay at such a beautiful old Thai house. Thank you to the host, always communicating and pro-active, I will be back for sure.

Это было прекрасное место чтобы отключиться от городской суеты и жизненных проблем. Комната маленькая, но очень функциональная, есть все необходимое. Дизайн очень продуманный и доставляет большое эстетическое удовольствие. Комната находится на втором этаже в максимальной близости к воде, шум воды и свежий воздух помогли мне привести чувства в порядок. На собственной террасе каждое утро я встречала рассвет с чашкой кофе, который варила в этой же комнате в кофемашине. Удобная общая кухонная зона, можно даже попросить подготовить гриль и провести прекрасный вечер с барбекю.
Это жилье находится немного далеко от торговых центров и основных культурных мест, но взяв байк я могу доехать до них за 10-15 минут. Для меня это был скорее преимущество из-за тишины. В 450 метрах есть супермаркет с большим выбором продуктов. Хуахин для меня это место для неспешного отдыха – верховая езда, игра в гольф, прогулки у воды. Это жилье идеально вписалось в этот стиль жизни.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb – everything the other reviewers have said is absolutely spot on! The place is lovely: clean, comfortable, stylish, and exactly as described in the photos.
The hosts were fantastic – really helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout our trip. They made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.
One small thing to note: there’s a park very close by that gets quite lively on Friday and Saturday nights with events and gatherings, so there can be some noise into the evening. Finishes by 9 or 10pm It didn’t bother us too much. This market could be seasonal so might not be every weekend.
Overall, we would highly recommend this place to anyone. Great location, great hosts, and great value – we’d happily stay here again!

Great location—you can watch the sunrise right from your room, and the nearby beach is full of beautiful seashells to collect.

Rooms are clean, fully equipped, and the public areas plus pool are tidied daily. The shared kitchen has snacks and cooking tools. There’s a free kids’ playground next door, perfect for family trips.

Host is super friendly and replies quickly. Lots of room types for different families. Don’t hesitate—come enjoy a relaxing vacation here!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Hua Hin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Etwas weiter weg von allem, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Allerdings sehr viel verkehr in der kleinen Seitenstraße.

It was in a peaceful and quiet location but not too far away from the market place. The view was incredible and Mihael was an exceptional host.

Exactly what we expected! Very outdoors/indoors indoors and unique.

Like going back in time with some modern things like electricity and the pool.

Our stay at the Private Beachfront Villa was a mixed bag. While it wasn’t directly on the beach, requiring a 15-20 minute walk to Queen Park 19 Rai, the nearest open beach access point, the villa itself had some great features. The plunge pool was amazing, and the air conditioning worked well. However, the king-sized bed was too hard for our liking. .

A gem of a place! A stylish little house that I would book again next time we’re in Hua Hin! If you’re after a peaceful escape in Hua Hin I would highly recommend Mihael’s place. The perfect base for all the cool things Hua Hin has to offer.

I really had a wonderful stay. The rooms were just as beautiful as in the pictures, and the location was perfect—right on the beach, exactly what we wanted. We cooked dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was also a night market and a public park right next door, which was very convenient.

The view is breathtaking. Your backyard it’s the ocean, it has high tides in the mornings and go down as the day progresses. The open kitchen is shared with friendly guests from around the world. I would revisit in heartbeat!

We booked this room as an extra room because our group ended up having more people than originally planned, and we were so happy we chose it. The house is beautifully designed and located right on the beach, exactly what we were looking for. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the room even has a balcony with a lovely view of the ocean.

Wir hatten erst nur vor, zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft zu verbringen, da es uns aber wirklich gut gefallen hat, konnten wir noch spontan um eine Nacht verlängern. Die Lage ist perfekt! Man ist direkt am Meer, hat es aber mit Roller oder Grab nicht weit in das Zentrum von Hua Hin. Wir haben auch von Mihael die Empfehlung „Boy & Boom“ für einen Roller bekommen. Dies lief auch ohne Probleme und war mit 200 Baht pro Tag auch echt günstig. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und man hat alles, was man benötigt. Sollte irgendetwas fehlen, kann man Mihael jederzeit erreichen oder die Servicekraft (die jeden Tag von früh bis Nachmittag vor Ort ist) ansprechen. Sie ist super nett und mit Übersetzer klappt auch die Verständigung. 😉 Wir würden auch das nächste Mal wieder diese Unterkunft buchen!

Highly recommend this place for families and groups of friends. It is spacious, comfortable, with plenty to see and do. The beach is right on your doorstep and the swimming pool is a bonus.
The ability to cook your own meals with a well equipped kitchen inside and outside is a great feature. We even used the BBQ to cook our steaks and seafood. Charcoal was provided!
Mihael was very responsive and I never had to wait too long to get a response.

This place is truly comfortable and relaxing. Falling asleep while listening to the sound of the ocean waves is an amazing experience. The Airbnb host, Mihael, is very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. It is also very suitable for families with children.

我们从清迈坐飞机过来，这里离机场非常近，坐当地出租车十分钟就到了。按照指示可以很快就找到房子，是一栋非常可爱的民宿，有一片私人海滩，非常与众不同的是这里白天涨潮、晚上退潮，可以看到抓小螃蟹(?)的人。我们住的房间有个阳台，我们每天躺在阳台听海浪的声音，不小心就睡着了，哪里都不想去，只想在阳台喝咖啡。一楼有个公用的厨房，房东非常贴心給准备了鸡蛋和泡面，适量自取，非常方便，房东非常热心，沟通很及时。
ps：我们的门钥匙🔑是一只可爱的粉色小熊，我们给她找到了两个好朋友:D

Amazing Airbnb for an authentic experience!
We planned our trip to Hua Hin at the last minute and were lucky to find Mihael’s place – we really loved it.
The location isn’t exactly central, but you can reach the beach and the main tourist areas in a 10-minute drive.
The host and co-hosts were very kind and responsive. Highly recommended!

It was a great experience.
My family loved every second of being there.
No issues, just pure enjoyment!

A perfect getaway for a group or family. Mr. Mihael and his staff were very pleasant to deal with and accommodating to our needs. Ideally located. Lovely traditional Thai villa with swimming pool. There was much to like including privacy, airconditioning, king size beds, mosquito nets and a washing machine.

On the downside, the living spaces are like obstacle courses crowded with excess furniture and the outdoor tiles are the super slippery when wet.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft zum Entspannen und abschalten. Die Betten sind super bequem. Die Aussicht vom Badezimmer ist ein Traum. Vom Balkon schaut man direkt auf das Meer. Der Pool ist angenehm und die Sonnenliegen laden zum Relaxen ein. Der Billiardtisch ist qualitativ sehr hochwertig. In der offenen Küche kann man sich Tee, Kaffee, Eier machen und dabei den Klang der Wellen genießen. Gastfreundschaft wird hier groß geschrieben. Es gibt sogar verschiedene Waschmittel, natürlich auch eine Waschmaschine und Trockner. Jeden Tag wird der Pool gereinigt. Die Dame die sich um die Reinigung sorgt begrüßte uns jeden Tag mit einem Lächeln. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen, und komme gerne wieder 😍

Die Unterkunft befand sich in direkter Strandlage.

Sie war sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit!


Ich kann sie nur empfehlen für eine Familie die eine kleine Auszeit benötigt.

Generell empfehle ich aufjedenfall Motorräder zu mieten, weil es etwas weiter außerhalb ist. Ansonsten perfekt !

Wir können es nur jedem empfehlen – gerade der offene Wohnraum bietet ein ganz besonderes Flair. Das sind wir Europäer nicht gewohnt aber traut Euch! Es ist grossartig und das riesige Eingangstor vermittelt Sicherheit und Privatsphäre. Nicht zu vergessen der saubere und erfrischende Pool. Wir waren am Tag sicher 5x baden. We loved staying in a traditional Thai house. The pool was perfect. It was a ten minute drive to Tamarind and cicada market which is a must on the weekends. There are fans which help with the heat and mosquitos when using the main outdoor area. It was a little noisy on the road while sleeping but we turned the fan in the bedroom on high and it blocked out all noise. By far the best mattress, pillows and bedding for an Airbnb which we all appreciated! Every inch of the house is beautiful from the plants to the lighting and the decor. Just know you are outside so you might see some geckos (fun to see) and other Thailand creatures. Great spot to stay for hiking, eating at the market and visiting temples!

I stayed at this beautiful beachfront wooden house and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect, right by the sea with easy access hua hin town.

The house itself has a classic charm beach house, but cozy and comfortable, giving a truly local seaside feeling.

Mihael was super friendly and welcoming to make sure we have everything we need. For the price and location, this place is an incredible find. I felt very satisfied and relaxed throughout my stay and would definitely come back again next time I visit.

The house location is so easy to find and is in the middle of Hua Hin areas so, there were many restaurants around the house. The neighborhood is very peaceful and when we use delivery services, it’s quite easy for rider to find. The house is just like the pictures which is great! Mihael is very helpful host and always response very fast. Overall, I have a pleasant stay at this house and will definitely visit again if we go to Hua Hin.

The villa is beautifully decorated with so much character, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals. The private pool was fantastic for cooling off and relaxing, and I really appreciated the thoughtful supply of mosquito repellents.
The location is excellent: there’s a 7/11 right around the corner, plus a pharmacy, spa, and many restaurants within walking distance. It was easy and convenient to get everything I needed. The hosts were also extremely responsive and helpful, which made my stay smooth and worry-free.
Things to note: the villa has quite a lot of furniture, which makes the interior feel a bit crowded. Pool maintenance is scheduled twice a week, which means I had to either let the maintenance person in or leave the gate unlocked. Also, the villa is situated between two other buildings, and one taller neighboring building has balconies that overlook part of the yard, pool, and living room, so privacy isn’t perfect.

This Hua Hin house is a little paradise! 🏡 Two cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sparkling pool, and your own parking spot. I absolutely love the interior design—stylish, modern, and so cozy. The house smells amazing, feels incredibly clean, and you can really tell how much attention to detail has been put into everything. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or friends, and just a short drive to the palace and the beach!

Really quaint house and super host, we had a great stay. Feels like you’re staying in a traditional Thai house! Location not ideal but with grab this isnt a problem. There’s a bit of noise in the evenings but Phan has provided ear plugs to help sleep.

This place is incredible. We couldn’t stop saying ‘wow’ when we walked in.
There is everything that you could possibly need in a beautiful environment. They really have thought of everything.
The pool was a massive hit with the whole family.
The beds were super comfortable and the number of spots to sit and read with a drink were endless.
The hosts were super responsive and incredibly helpful.
If you are prone to being bitten by mosquitoes, they have spray and incense to try and keep them at bay.
We have recommended this place to friends.

It was a real pleasure being able to stay in a traditional Thai house. The AC was used upstairs but I think it could have been done without. Very proactive hosts and the turn around in messages could hardly have been quicker. Nothing was too much trouble.

This house is great to stay at. It provides a authentic expiration without sacrificing luxury too much. The owners put a lot of effort into providing a great stay as well.
Unfortunately, the area around can get quite noisy sometimes.

Me and my gf liked our stay here. Private enough, close to 7/11 and some bars. Swimming pool was very good, and we slept very good in the big bedroom.

Loved this place! Amazing thank you

Our check-in day began with a scheduling mishap, but Mihael resolved it exceptionally well. He generously provided us with a unique and memorable stay at another of his properties, offering a truly special Thai experience.

We were able to check into our original, beautiful accommodation the following day. The main drawback was the missing sofa, despite it being shown in the listing photos. Mihael was very responsive and apologetic, even compensating us with an offer for an extra night due to the booking confusion and the sofa issue.

A crucial tip for your stay: be prepared with mosquito repellent. It’s highly effective! Beyond that, we thoroughly enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere and the convenient walking distance to the beach, making it a lovely, peaceful spot between Hua Hin and Cha-Am.

The stay here was beautiful! The place is located in a nice quiet area but close enough to the action. There’s a beach club nearby as well as a few local restaurants. Beds were comfy and showers were great. Came here to work remotely and other than a quick random power outage the Wi-Fi was stable and strong. Would return.

Great location and an amazing host.

We were having a great time and Mihael’s place. It was a quiet and clean place. However, you will need a Cab to go to the center of the town if you are not enjoy walking.

A beautiful villa in a quieter part of town. I’d say youll use a cab or own transport to get right into town but that’s not a bad thing. Very quiet

Great house in a quiet area, nearby Queens Park 19 rai, where you can walk and exercise next to the beach. We stayed with two dogs, and it was amazing, they felt very comfortable in this place.

When we arrived, I had some trouble with the AC, but hosts were very responsive and immediately helped us. They can also store your luggage if you arrive earlier than allowed check in time, which is very helpful. But we ended up arriving late.

The swimming pool in a house is awesome, very refreshing in the morning.

There’s a very cozy Tree House Cafe right next to the house, with food and drinks.

If you travel with dogs, be careful as there are many strays around, but it’s not related to this particular location. They are everywhere. But we didn’t have any issues, they just bark and don’t come close.

We were very happy with this house. Beautiful Thai architecture, cozy, and calm. The house was clean. The house is very spacious, we were only two people here, but if we were to come back in the future we would probably consider having two more persons as it would have worked great. The WiFi connection worked perfectly.

This was one of the most unique experiences we have had since we started using Airbnb. The design of the villa was truly unique . Mihael’s villa was impeccably clean, by professional standards.The pool was the best part. It is strategically placed next to the living room so that we could open the bay doors and be connected to our loved ones. It was so nice to be in the pool and have my family right next to me in the living room, while I was relaxing in the pool.

There are so many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Sundance beach club was our favorite for dinner. The food was exquisite. The outdoor seating was awesome, right on the beach . Highly recommended.
Lastly, Michael and Phan were truly the best hosts we’ve ever had on Airbnb.
They answered all of my questions.. They were always available. They were great! His co-host Phan was equally as great. Both of them are fantastic and I can’t say enough

Very nice house and a great experience. Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly and clearly. Great restaurant just down the road was fantastic and local Thai massage establishments are found all around. Definitely worth booking and would highly recommend this property to others.

I had a great stay at Mihael’s Airbnb. The location was quiet and easily accessible, making it a perfect spot to relax. Mihael was an excellent host—super responsive and always available for any questions.
The only downsides were the presence of some bugs and the lack of WiFi, which would have made the stay even better. Overall, a solid experience, and I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Perfect place to stay in Hua hin- the location is extremely convenient close to the beach and villa market. The pictures didn’t do justice. Imo, the place looks better in person. Highly recommend. Mihael was extremely responsive and made sure we had a smooth stay and is kind and helpful.

Wie waren 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Sauber, schön, gepflegt. Gut ausgestattet und alles da, was man braucht.

Great place everything worked well. Coffee shop down the street at the nicest young lady in the coffee was fantastic. The little German deli down the street where the guy made all his own sausages was delicious within 15 minutes of everything we needed.

Firstly noting the quick response time, they answered within minutes on our last minute booking during the evening and make the process very simple for us.

We arrived at night and were a bit disoriented and surprised, but in the morning realized how wonderful this space is. It’s lovely to feel more of an artistic and integrated living experience over a modern home. Though we didn’t use the living room or kitchen area, we really enjoyed the openness of the bedroom in the mornings. This is very much an outdoor experience! Expect to live a bit with nature.

Hosts anticipate needs such as ear plugs, bug spray, bed nets, mosquito repellent, etc and again, very responsive to anything you need/anything that happens. All in all, I’m glad we came across this space and had a different experience from what we would typically choose 🙂

lovely villa. Easy to get a bolt to the busy parts for under 100 bht. Fabulous coffee shop a few doors down. Had Netflix on the massive tv which pleased my other half. All in all enjoyed our stay here.

Le logement est impeccable et joliment décoré Nous avons réellement apprécié !
Nous avons été surpris par la description d’introduction qui nous annonçait 2 chambre 2 lits, or en réalité c’est 1 très grande chambre avec 2 lits.
Ce que nous avons le moins apprécié c’est le bruit nocturne de la rue et du coup nous avons réellement mal dormi 🙁
Les taxis ont eu du mal à trouver l’adresse à l’aller comme lors de nos sorties? Mais cela s’est toujours bien fini 🙂

The pictures are representative of what you will receive.
Clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for someone who enjoys cooking.
An amazing spot near the seaside. The location is extremely quiet and doesn’t have any noise.
The supermarket is within walking distance, but for the rest, you will have to walk three to five kilometers, which we did even though we had a car.
This apartment is a great choice for a stay in Hua Hin, and my partner Malika and I recommend it.

The size of the house was very good. The location is written up as 6-8 minutes walking distance to beach. It is more like 20-25 to get to the only open area to the waterfront ( Queen Siriket Park). The description also said that it is a full kitchen. There are 2 gas burners and a microwave. No hot water in the kitchen. No oven. The house is quite dark and the en-suite bathroom of the queen-size room which is black makes the bathroom very dark. The neighbourhood was very quiet and the air cons worked very well.

Easy going, very helpful and kindly host. The place is in a nice calm neighbour and the night market is 15-20 min walk from the place, and far away from noice etc. Had a great stay 🙏🏻

Just returned from a delightful 2-night stay at Mihael’s peaceful retreat! Self check-in was a breeze with his clear lockbox instructions.

Tucked away on a quiet residential street, this spot is perfectly located just two doors down from the charming Treehouse Cafe – we loved their morning coffee.

The villa is exactly as pictured – bright, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully furnished. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the living room is cozy with a massive smart TV loaded with all streaming apps. The kitchen has everything you need.

Mihael was an exceptional host, responding promptly whenever we needed anything. The whole experience was completely stress-free and perfect for our weekend getaway. Already looking at dates for our next visit!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Everything was really good

Vi hade några ärenden att uträtta i Hua Hin och det här stället var perfekt för att kunna göra det. Vi hade också med oss två små hundar och det var väldigt skönt med en helt inhägnad trädgård.

very nice place! it is bigger and more spacious than what it appeared on the photos. the splash pool is perfect for this weather. lots of storage space. good shower. felt right at home! they even offer canvas for you to paint. the host is very friendly and responsive.
the treehouse restaurant next door has amazing food.

Das Anwesen/ House.war leicht zufinden! Die Informationen super um selbstständig in Haus zu gelangen! Alles war sauber und gut Ausgestattet! Die Mängel leider vorhanden : Licht in allen Räumlichkeiten viel zu gering! Besonders im Schwarz gefliesten Bad….man kann nur schemenhaft erkennen wo die Toilette ist und die Dusche ist ebenso dunkel! Alle Wasserhähne sind Rostig und verbogen! Das Schloss zum Eintritt ist schwer bzw kompliziert zu öffnen! Für 2- 3 Nächte OK…Die Kommunikation hat immer funtastich geklappt.,…mit dem Gastgeber, Sehr nett…. wirklich 1+! Danke dafür an Mihael

Place is absolutely wonderful! So nice that it was hard to leave the residence to go do stuff. Wanted to stay there all day….you can actually be in the pool and watch football on the flat screen.

We had a fantastic stay at this private house ! My husband and our two small dogs absolutely loved the place. It was very clean and comfortable, and we felt at ease letting the dogs roam freely in the patio. We enjoyed barbecuing every day and had easy access to the beach. Plus, the supermarket and restaurants were just a short distance away. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with their furry friends!

It’s a nice villa with a lovely yard to relax in Hua Hin, although it’s located not very close to the central Hua Hin, but if you are traveling with a car then it will be okay. The house is just the same as the description on the platform. The landlord is helpful and response very quickly.

Nice place but a bit far from down town

Cozy place in a very quiet area. There are some cafe, super market and a pool bar nearby. Host was very helpful and seemless to check-in. Amenities are as list by host as per description. Great for small groups.

Mihael was very responsive and friendly host. The villa was perfect and met our needs as a family of three with 2 pups. We would definitely recommend this place also for the location being only a short walk to the local park/beach and spaces to play football and basketball. Food and shopping only 10min drive away.

The number one most important for me was communication. Host provided outstanding communications, and I did not need to contact him with any questions. The location was great, we walked down to the water at Queen’s Park 19 rai every morning and every evening. Overall I stay provided us with everything we needed. Very easy drive to everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Great house on a quiet street in Hua Hin. Super spacious, and we loved the splash pool. The covered and gated off-street parking spot was a massive perk. Restaurants and cafes in easy walking distance (within a few min) and the beach was just a bit further. Mihael was very helpful and prompt to respond to any questions.

Everything was as advertised. Cool and comfortable with lots of space. Great place for a pet and a great place to bring a family. Also very close to Villa market. We cooked a lot but it was also easy to get delivery. I would recommend having transport. I would definitely come back.
